Parents,

We have a few things to go over with the Ray’s Season just
weeks away!

I would like to first mention lines of communication through
the summer will obviously be [email protected],
but I will be sending out all the info through Swimtopia! So, which ever email
you have put down for your registration will be the inbox you will receive all correspondence
from me and the Ray’s.

Reminder for upcoming dates!

Parents meeting next Monday May 15^th at 6pm. Please meet at the
outside entrance of the outside pool.

AFTER the parents meeting, if you have any interest in
volunteering at any capacity with the Riverwood Rays (i.e. spirit events, concessions,
or the end of year party) please plan to stay after for a volunteer committee meeting.

First Practice is May 22^nd 7:30pm-9. (Attached is
a printable calendar for easy access for ALL SUMMER)

Please, register by next Monday May 15^th or a
late registration fee will be added to the overall price.

This really helps us get a handle on what to expect and
prepare for the first weeks of practice.

CAPS

We have purchased caps again this year for any swimmers that
need them. We will have Latex and Silicone. All caps will be sold at practice,
and there are only 25 silicone caps being ordered. I will not accept requests through
email or on Swimtopia. You must request them at the pool during practice. If
your swimmer happens to be in the later practice time, do not worry, I will make
sure each group has equal ability to request silicone caps. Side note for new
parents and swimmers, silicone is preferred by some but you may want to stick
with latex because caps are easily lost or broken.
