What to do if you cannot attend at the last minute:

Inevitably life happens and swimmers and their families may run late or miss a meet unexpectedly for any number of reasons. This has happened at every meet. We can and do make changes on the pool deck for volunteers, individual events, and relays. We only ask that you please text and/or email Coach Andrew and CC the Meet Admin- Christy Davis on all communications if you or your swimmers(s) cannot make it to the meet. Once the meet is locked and loaded into the meet management software, the Meet Admin is the one to make changes to events guided by the coach, so please be sure to inform them both.
